AB,CanadaProduct arrived well packaged, however, where the winch goes, it was almost an askew shape, so I will reach out to Cs to ascertain whether it is an issue with the bumper as I think it should be straight. Installation also wasn't plug and play as I had to drill a larger hole for the bumper bolt (that came on the bumper itself) to align to the fascia (not sure of terminology). I also had to purchase an 18" extension harness in order to use existing OEM fog lights. The one thing that I did not like is that where you install the OEM fog lights, you can only screw them in from left to right, there is no way to screw them in at the bottom (picture an inverted triangle, the inverted point you cannot fix using the OEM fitting). Having said that though, with only being able to fix them in from left to right - all is held in place and quite secure for now. With these minor issues, overall - I love this bumper. If you are installing this at home, make sure you have a good assortment of tools. I found it so much easier working with the jeep on ramps. I'm female, I only got my hubs to help with the last part of the install. OEM removal was a pain in the butt. New bumper overall was way quicker lol
